Shinil Balachandran
Managing Partner
Shinil has more than 17 years of deal making experience involving mergers & acquisitions, fund raising and strategic management consulting. His primary areas of interest includes Information Technology, Logistics & Supply Chain, Packaging & Allied Spaces, Engineering, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals and Retail. Prior to MergerSherpa, Shinil had co-founded a slew of boutique investment banks – Acamar Capital, Alpine Swift Capital and Turtle Capital. He has done MBA in Finance and B.E. in Automobile Engineering from University of Mumbai (rank holder).
